Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I’m presently leading twelve fitness classes a week that vary from step aerobics, balance and core work on the large stability ball, lifting weights, modified yoga and many classes that concentrate on functionality.
